There are many ways and means of controlling dandruff. The best treatment for dandruff is to wash hair regularly with a mild shampoo. Some doctors recommend the use of anti-fungal agents for the treatment of dandruff, but this remedy is quite controversial. Dandruff is best treated with a specific dandruff shampoo. To reduce flaking, gently shampoo your hair using the pads of your fingers and try not to scratch.
